Thank you for finding our little community!

What we do:

We connect those who perform subbing tasks (translation, timing, typesetting, etc.) with others in order to complete subbing projects. The community isn't here to release subs, or to build a subbing team - we're here to facilitate work flow and help the different pieces of the subbing process find each other and to fill in the subbing gaps. Once a project is completed, we'll provide contact information for those who worked on it, so proper credit is given to all parties as releases are made.

Why we do it:

As Arashi head into hiatus, there remain a lot of variety show episodes that are not yet subbed. We'd love to help people watch those episodes, especially since the Arashi era they are from has come to an end.

How does this project work?

Volunteers list their contact information and their position as a fansubber in the comments. For example, if you were to translate a clip but need it timed, you can scroll down into the comments, find a timer of your preference, and contact them through their listed contact info.

You are welcome to edit your comment to say you are on hiatus/break at any time if anything arises, whether it be too many projects or if something has come up in your personal life.

However, if you must drop a project, please inform the person/people you are working with. And for the people who are working with someone who has dropped a project, please respect the fact that things may come up outside of fandom life, and that there might be priorities set. If any dispute is to happen (not crediting, being pushy, etc), try to resolve it by yourselves or else we will take care of it.

If/when applicable, please list the current projects you are working on (i.e. shiyagare 2020.03.28). Once complete, feel free to edit it out.

Who gets credit for releases?

Everyone that works on the release gets credit for the release. Everyone that posts the release needs to make sure to provide proper credit.

Do we have to credit Reborn?

Nah.

Who runs this project?

taifugeneration & pikamiya [pikaifu_subs ]; a couple of radishes that really want the Arashi fandom to continue to grow through hiatus.
